程偉豪執導的《目擊者》，目前才在全台上映中，卻爆出劇本版權出現問題，華娛電影公司的監製陳玉珊（非《我的少女時代》陳玉珊，同名同姓）向媒體爆料，指自己當初將故事授權給程偉豪拍攝，但至今仍未收到酬勞15萬元。
程偉豪導演也發聲明表示：
1 陳玉珊已就原創故事完全授權
2. 我的劇本跟陳玉珊的完全不同（把協議書的相關內容重複一次）陳玉珊對此明白知悉
3. 陳玉珊如今拒絕受領協議書內的15萬，即使我多次請其提供匯款帳號，因為她要求更大的金額
4. 我已履行協議書的義務，即給予陳玉珊原創故事部分的署名
並出示二人在2015年簽下的協議書，認為陳玉珊已經同意以15萬元台幣，授權給他了，如下圖（程偉豪提供），但問題就卡在，陳玉珊並沒有收到這15萬元。根據程偉豪的說法，這是陳玉珊方面一直不肯給帳號的關係。
程偉豪並解釋說：「2012年華娛電影公司找我合作，一開始接觸到的《目擊者》是鬼片劇本，但我當時想拍的是犯罪懸疑類，因此提出這個想法，當時的監製陳玉珊也授權讓我修改，於是開始編寫新劇本，後來幾稿，我又陸續找了兩位編劇加入，才開始有現在《目擊者》的雛形出現。後來，監製陳玉珊跟我坦誠說，實在無力找到資金及卡司，因此決定停下這個案子，所以雙方談好，並在2015年簽立正式授權書，決定由我這邊帶著劇本，去找新的資金和製作公司。」

台中市率全國之先整合各界資源，在東協廣場成立移工服務中心、東協四國駐台辦事處等聯合服務中心，8日揭牌啟用。台中市長林佳龍表示，提供新住民、移工、學生、觀光客及台商多元服務平台，可促成與東協各國交流，是中市新南向政策的里程碑。
中市在東協廣場成立「國際移工生活照顧服務中心」、「東協廣場溝通互動平台」、「東協四國（菲律賓、印尼、泰國、越南）駐台辦事處巡迴服務中心」3個聯合服務中心，昨天啟用，行政院政務委員鄧振中、外交部中辦大使宋子正、內政部移民署長何榮村、勞動署長黃秋桂等人與會。
林佳龍指出，新南向政策應「以人為本」，雙向交流，對新住民、移工、學生及學者、觀光客及台商等人提供生活照顧、駐台辦事處服務、觀光及商務資訊，並建立教育文化溝通互動平台，將可促成與東協各國的交流。
東協廣場3樓設有「國際移工生活照顧服務中心」，每周一至五提供勞動法令諮詢服務；假日配置翻譯人員；「東協四國駐台辦事處巡迴服務中心」周日提供不定期巡迴服務，移工可就近辦理護照等申請；「東協廣場溝通互動平台」則由暨南大學東南亞系所進駐，做為文化交流空間。
